Since 1989 Precision Hermetic Technology has manufactured glass to metal seal hermetic connector products serving a variety of customers with diverse applications in spacecraft, military and commercial avionics, missile and air defense systems, ship-borne systems, underwater, nuclear, semiconductor and related test equipment, high-reliability batteries, RF communications, pyrotechnic, cryogenic, medical and industrial controls, as well as other harsh environments such as the mining and oil and gas industries.

Our factory has complete in-house machining and manufacturing capability specializing in Iron Nickel Alloy, 52 Alloy, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Kovar, Monel, Aluminum, Inconel 600 & X-750, Brass, Beryllium Copper and Phosphorus Bronze as well as other types of Copper Alloy materials.  RoHS compliance documentation is available upon request.

Our NADCAP certified plating is available with nickel, tin, tin-lead, silver, cadmium or gold finish and stainless steel passivation.

We manufacture COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) and Customized versions of Mil-C-38999, Mil-C-5015, Mil-C-26482, Mil-C-26500, Mil-C-83723, Mil-C-81511 cylindrical or circular interconnects as well as various other types of Mil-Spec rectangular connectors meeting Mil-C-24308, Mil-C-28748 and Mil-C-83513 requirements all with Mil-H-28719 and Mil-I-45208 process controls.

Our product portfolio also includes Microtech equivalent products, ARINC, Micro, Mini, Nano D Sub Miniature Connectors with special expertise in Coaxial, Triaxial, and Hermetic Seal substitutes for rubber sealed applications as well as Custom Solutions.

We offer complete flexibility for your mounting configuration needs with bulkhead mount, box mount, jam nut mount or flange and weld mount for laser welding.  There are also a variety of terminations such as flatten and pierce or eyelet, flying lead, solder tail, solder cup, solder pot, and all are available with solder dip coating.

If you have unique RF signal filtering requirements, we have the engineering expertise and experience to incorporate inductive, ferrite or capacitive elements into the product envelope. Technical capabilities have been expanded to provide Applications Specific Headers, Feedthroughs, and value added Cable, Wire or Box Assemblies.

Our AS9100 / ISO9000 Quality System and laboratory assurance testing capabilities include leak (1x 10-9 ) and pressure (40,000 PSI) testing, electrical continuity, dielectric withstanding voltage (DWV) and insulation resistance (IR) validation at temperature to ensure long-term product reliability and integrity.
