  • The Engineering Technician will provide technical support for tool design, fixture creation, and production processes, and assist engineers with improvements. This role involves creating standard operating procedures, collaborating on projects, using CNC machines, conducting time studies, and maintaining the lab. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving and communication.

    Key Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, or trade school and a minimum of 2 years work or military experience in a technical field

    • Knowledge of basic computer skills

    • Ability to read and understand complex assembly drawings, schematics, and test procedures

    • Familiarity with the use of calipers and other measuring devices

    • General knowledge of the use and operation of basic hand and power tools

    • Experience with identifying, specifying, and implementing automation/robotic systems

    • Experience with SOLIDWORKS

    • Preferred: Experience in hermetic sealing as well as CNC machining and electroplating

  • We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure timely production, and maintain quality standards. This role involves managing personnel, setting project priorities, purchasing equipment, and enforcing company policies. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and technical skills as well as expertise in CNC Mills and Lathes.

    Key Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience as Machine Shop Manager (preferred)

    • Strong leadership and team development skills

    • Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and CAM software

    This is an ITAR facility and individual must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

  • We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to produce high-precision parts and components in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating CNC lathes, inspecting finished parts, maintaining equipment, and contributing to a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in CNC lathe operations; can work independently as well as part of a team; and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of CNC lathe machining experience

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

    • Skilled in using precision measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers)

    • Strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail

    • Preferred: Experience with Citizen Screw Machines
