Key Qualifications:

The Engineering Technician will provide technical support for tool design, fixture creation, and production processes, and assist engineers with improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving and communication.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or trade school and a minimum of 2 years work or military experience in a technical field

• Knowledge of basic computer skills

• Ability to read and understand complex assembly drawings, schematics, and test procedures

• Familiarity with the use of calipers and other measuring devices

• General knowledge of the use and operation of basic hand and power tools

• Experience with identifying, specifying, and implementing automation/robotic systems

• Experience with SOLIDWORKS

• Preferred: Experience in hermetic sealing as well as CNC machining and electroplating

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience
